Al-Forat Company was established in 2007 and it is one of the important economic units of Al-Mofazer Group. It forms an essential base to the technical operation of fuel stations as well as the industrial and service facilities. The company operates and administer the Group's fuel stations, it supplies petroleum and gas to those stations as well many other stations. It has put in place a comprehensive policy to supervise the fuel stations and the fuel supply and sale whether to the government or the private sector. The policy is designed also to make the Company one of the leading companies in the fields of public services, agencies, contraction, investment and industry. It supplies petroleum products to both the government authorities and private institutions, and it provides transport services to them. It works in a safe environment and provides modern services. Therefore, it secure its clients form hardships of constantly searching for petroleum derivatives, facilitates their supply continuously and without interruption at any time and place. The company has achieved significant achievements and figures in the financial aspect over the past period. Due to its significant responsibilities in this vital field, the company sought to establish good relations with international export companies involved in petroleum derivatives and services, to guarantee its well performance of the procurement operations, whether overseas or inland. On a local level, the Company has established an excellent relationships with both Yemen Oil Company and Yemen Gas Company.

Mission

• Management and operation of petroleum and gas stations belonging to Al-Mofazir Group since 2007, and setting off the foundations and programs to develop their capacities •Modernization and expansion of petroleum and gas activities and the establishment of stations in most of the governorates all over the Republic. •Proposing and implementing policies and plans to secure the needs of the local market of petroleum derivatives. •Follow-up the implementation of approved public policies for the services we carry out. • Develop and prepare maintenance programs for the Group's petroleum and gas stations. • Propose and issue technical specifications for petroleum and gas units, and supervising and controlling the supply and distribution operations.   • Oil Service Sector
    • Petrol, Diesel and Crude oil

      Importing, shipping and delivery of oil and petroleum derivatives to clients whether by sea or land though liaison with the international companies engaged in petroleum products. Sale is performed in many ways: • Selling and administrating petroleum products though the Group's fuel stations. The group has many fuel stations in the Capital and many other governorates. • Covering the industrial sector (factories) needs of the various fuel upon request. • Marketing, distributing and delivery of petroleum products to the client's stations all over the republic.

      • Gas

        •The Company is licensed by the Yemen Gas Company to supply the major consumers units. • The Company distributes gas to major consumers like restaurants, farms, hotels and factories... Etc. • The company has a well-trained staff to install the networks and reservoirs for major consumers. • The Company supervises the gas cylinders refueling stations, which are owned by Al-Mofazer Group and spread out all over the republic. • Supervising, administrating, development and follow-up of storage sites for vehicles LPG refueling.

  • Contracting Sector

    TOur company is classified at Ministry of Public Works & Highways under Class (3) and the company proved its competence through a lot of bridge and building projects implemented with Ministry of Public Works & highways and Rural Roads Upgrading Project. The company owns modern construction equipments and machinery, of which (bulldozers, poclains, shovel loaders, compactors, graders, asphalt mixers and a fleet of trucks for contracting/construction business. Also our company has highly qualified technical staff. The company is engaged the following businesses:

    2. Cadastral surveys.
    3. Construction, renovation and rehabilitation of installations.

  • Water well drilling

    Al-Mofazer group has a number of artesian water drillers where the groups owns three artesian water drillers and has already executed hundreds of water wells in different areas within the Republic since the 1980s.
